Hotelogix enhances its Hotel PMS with e-Invoicing capabilities for Greece hotels

Singapore, 27/07/2023: Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, has enhanced its Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS) to help hotels operating in Greece with e-Invoicing capabilities. With this update, hospitality entities in Greece using Hotelogix can issue digital bills and tax documents to comply with the government-prescribed rules and regulations.

Per a recent Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) guideline, every business establishment in Greece, including hotels, must issue e-Invoices. The regulation obliges hotels to follow this compliance to generate electronic invoices and share them with authority for validation.

Once a hotel electronically generates an invoice, Hotelogix shares it with the AADE portal for real-time verification against all parameters before sending it back to the Hotel PMS.
